Pam Neaves – creator Highly motivated and approachable with her down to earth nature and infectious positivity and drive, Pam Neaves uses her business background, management capabilities, creativity and technical knowledge to empathise with business owners and managers, understand their priorities, ensure that outcomes are met using the right media to reach the right audience whilst communicating their personalities and values. Her passion for graphic design led her to work voluntarily throughout her degree in Graphics and Illustration in an in-house design studio, working on live projects as art-worker, designer, marketing manager and production manager through to studio manager in her final year. Her hard work and determination were rewarded in 2000 with a First Class (hons) Degree in Graphics and Illustration in West Yorkshire, where she was one of three people and the first female to receive this award. This led to Pam being head hunted to work for first full-time job as a graphic designer in a Leeds based design agency, where she helped double their turnover in the first year. Working with brands such as Fox's biscuits, The London Eye and Halifax Plc gave her the confidence to work with large companies as well as applying her capabilities to nurture the ones of the future. After moving to The Midlands in 2003, Pam set up Mint Creative Solutions from her passion for design, working in partnership with clients to attract more profitable customers through their visual communication, training and coaching them to be more effective. Pam continues to develop her skills in online marketing, search engine optimisation and social media skills to ensure clients receive fresh and jargon-free advice.

Jason - Designer
Graduating with a distinction in Graphic Design after working with Mint Creative for 6 months alongside his studies. Jason has a dynamic & versatile design style with a natural illustrative flair. His resilience to pressure means that graphic solutions are creative, practical and on-time. Jason has been working for mint creative for two years and compliments our existing design style.

Sally - Designer
Working with us for three months as a work experience placement in 2010 alongside her degree in Entrepreneurship in Creative Industries, Sally has continued to work with us and impress us with her creative ideas and natural illustrative style across printed media and website designs.
Her fresh and lively approach to each project and wealth of ideas makes her a great asset to our team.

Rob - Web Developer
Working for the last 12 years in web programming with a creative background, Rob is proficient in php and html programming. He provides the technical aspect to our content driven websites, providing an easy to use content management system which enables our clients to self-manage their own web content if required. Rob adapts each system to the clients requirements adding functionality as organisations grow.

Sharon - Administrator
Wonderfully organised, keeping track of our administration and sales, ensuring everything adds up, customers are happy and deadlines are met.
