1. Brief – Initial meeting discovering the background of the business, what is required and the outcomes to be achived.
2. Discovery - Researching the market place, examining existing marketing and promotional material.
Reviewing the Competition – Investigating direct competitors, reviewing their offering and challenging ideas.
Site Visit - Visiting premises and meeting staff to get to understand your personality and values.
Wider Review – looking outside the locality and immediate markets for optimum understanding of the marketplace.
Strategy - Developing a visual marketing strategy, to increase sales and maximise profitability. Selecting the most relevant mix of marketing methods for your audience.
3. Creative - this is the part we enjoy the most!
Mind Mapping - Sketches and idea generation to reflect your core values and effectively target your audience.
Design Concepts – Creation of ideas on the computer, bringing together the logic of our research and creative thinking.
4. Development
Client Presentation – Explaining our thoughts and why each idea will work for you.
Feedback - Input form the business owner, customers and staff are vital to the development of our ideas.
5. Refinement
Discussion – A further meeting with you to discuss feedback and refine chosen concepts/finishes you require.
6. Application - Development of chosen styles into relevant promotional items.
Quoting - Obtained at this stage for printing/publishing.
Photo-shoot – Recommendation of suitable photography, and/or stock images to enhance the key messages for use on required promotional material.
Copy-writing – Creating suitable text to project your key messages to attract your desired audience and outcomes.
Artwork – Creating layouts to meet your requirements.
7. Production
Your promotional material is sent to be printed or published.
8. Evaluation - Measuring the success rate of advertisements and promotional material can be assessed by using a telephone response rate monitor, gauging which campaigns are gaining you the most business and monitoring your website traffic statistics.
Analysis - Producing market research questionnaires or reviewing web statistics with regular progress meetings to review campaigns and discuss further ideas and updates.
